At Puzzles Club, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns :

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. The item must be in the original packaging.
3. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process :

1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact our customer service team at puzzlesclub23@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

Refund Eligibility

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund.

Refund Process

1. Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow a certain amount of 5 days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
2. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
   • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
   • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at puzzlesclub23@gmail.com and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.
